Terms of Service for The AI Edge Publisher
Effective date: August 29, 2026
These Terms govern the use of The AI Edge Publisher, a private application operated by Damien Benveniste.
Purpose
The application publishes original AI educational videos to YouTube channels authorized and controlled by the operator.
It is not offered as a public service and does not permit third parties to submit content or connect their accounts.
Authorized use
The application may only be used with accounts and channels for which the operator has permission to upload and manage content.
Authorization of a Google Account does not transfer ownership of that account or its content to the application.
Content responsibility
The operator is responsible for ensuring that uploaded videos:
Are owned by the operator or properly licensed.
Do not violate copyright, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
Comply with the YouTube Terms of Service.
Comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines.
Are correctly designated regarding whether they are made for children.
Initiating an upload confirms that the content satisfies these requirements.
Third-party services
The application uses Google Cloud and YouTube API Services. Use of those services remains subject to Google’s and YouTube’s applicable terms, policies, quotas, and technical restrictions.
The application is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google or YouTube.
Availability
The application is provided on an “as available” basis. Uploads may be delayed or rejected because of network failures, API availability, quotas, authentication problems, platform policies, or other conditions outside the operator’s control.
No guarantee is made that every attempted upload will complete or become publicly available.
Suspension and termination
The operator may stop or modify the application at any time. Google authorization may be revoked through Google Account connections.
Changes
These Terms may be updated when the application or applicable platform requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
